Simio Assignment No. 11

1. Develop an original Simio model for any system of your choosing but cannot be based on any of the models that we have developed in this class.

2. The system must have at least five servers, a Cart that move between two servers, a worker at each server, and an animated worker that walks between two of the other servers. The model must have both Paths and Time Paths that include all appropriate information such as distances, travel times, etc.

· Add a Sequence Table that shows the route the entity(s) takes.

· Include an Experiment

· A Response

· You choose the arrival times, server times, etc. Be sure to include all the information for the properties of all the Objects.

· Insert an appropriate symbol to represent each object.

· Give all entities and objects names.

3. Develop a Microsoft Word document for this project:

a. Give your project a Title. Write an overall description of the project similar to the Step-by-step descriptions of previous projects that we have done.

b. Explain the function of the worker that moves between the two servers.

c. Explain the function of each server – what do they do?

d. Describe the flow of the entities (what is their path through the system?.

e. Outline step-by-step what you did to create the model (In list form: Step 1, Step 2, etc.) Include enough detail so that someone can recreate your project.

f. Provide the following values for your model results:
