For this file, please insert the GBP portion that you prepared during the semester, if there is one. For example, the Trade one will he inserted in the Basic Needs section. a. Basic Need Potential – does the country have a need for the product or service you are considering.
b. Foreign Trade – Summarize the imports for your country. You may use www.ita.doc or use the FT900, a Department of Commerce report, to help you in this information.
3. Financial & Economic Factors
a. Market Indicators – Size of potential target market, potential growth rate
b. Market Factors – Estimation by analogy. Use what you can find in the economy to support your idea.

4. Political & Legal Forces
a. Entry Barriers – What did you find regarding import barriers such as quotas or tariffs?
b. Political Stability – How solid the leadership?
5. Sociocultural Forces
a. What kind of culture is in place? Will that culture embrace your product/service?
6. Competitive Forces
a. How many are there? How big are they? What is the market share distribution? How does their marketing do?
4. Final Selection – This is the conclusion. All things considered, why do you believe that your product or service is right for your country.
