Tesla:
issues of employee benefits and workplace safety
Introduction
Many people have experienced, in one way or another, some types of unfairness issues during their working time. As an employee, the two things he cares about most are if he can come back home safely and if he gains the proper pay from his labor. When we were little kids, the majority of us had suffered the loneliness that your parents had no time to bring you to parks or just accompany you because they had to go to work to avert being fired. Overtimes with regular time paid or even without paid (which call spontaneous overtime) was indeed common at one time even nowadays, especially for those working-class families. Due to the high life pressure, ordinary people who didnt achieve a high level diploma or graduate from a famous university had to rather than succumbed to those unequal conditions or became unemployed. As time went by, people became numb in this circumstance: They wouldnt ask for their overtime pay; they adapted to work seven days a week and they accepted this inequitable circumstance and assumed that is justice until their last right under threat: right to life.
We define employee benefit and workplace safety as every employee can be treated impartially and unprejudiced also without being damaged to neither physically nor psychologically. This topic is indispensable for every company and corporations because it not only determines their efficiency of human labor resources but also in regard to their public image and reputation. When their employees felt they were treated unjustly, albeit they wouldnt be able to denounce the company, whereas the working efficiency would undisputedly diminish as long as the employees worked with grievance. On the other hand, these employees were not competent to repudiate the company doesnt mean they had nowhere to complain, especially in such a social media period. Good news never goes beyond the gate, while bad news spreads far and wide. Any single negative twitter will lead a catastrophe for the company. The first to be affected is the ministry of personnel: Nobody wants to join their team. Then their sales department: no customers want to buy their product. As soon as a company is deficient about human resources and income cash flow, if they cant figure a potent strategy to fix this problem in time, well then their bankruptcy is just about time.
Based on that, we chose Tesla as our case and decided to provide a deeper discussion in two main embranchements: the unsafety factors of Teslas workplace and one of its branches ignored the governments injunctions and constrained their employees to go back to work during the severe COVID-19 pandemic.
