Module 3 Interaction Project: Annotated Bibliography

Overview

This assignment provides you with the opportunity to identify 3 of the sources that you plan to use in your Interaction Project. (due in Module 4).

Instructions

You are to prepare an annotated bibliography that briefly summarizes the sources you will use for your proposed Interaction Project. This assignment is worth 50 points.

· Identify a minimum of at least 3 sources of information that you will utilize in preparing your Interaction Project term paper.

· Compose a brief annotation for each source of no more than one paragraph (100-500 words). Each annotation should identify the author or corporate author (name, education, occupation, field of research or business), any other information that pertains to the source’s credibility, and why the source is important to your project.

Deliverable:

· 1-2 page annotated bibliography for your Interaction Project Topic essay

· Put the citation, in APA style, for each source first, then the paragraph annotation, then the next source. Sources should be listed in alphabetical order by last name of the first author, or by the name of the corporate author.

· Put your name, date, and module # on the bibliography.

· Put the proposed title of your project at the beginning of the bibliography and include an extra space between the title and the body of the essay.

· Use Times New Roman, 12 pt black font, 1-inch margins; double-space the body of the essay, indent new paragraphs by 1/2 inch, and don’t include extra spaces between paragraphs; you don’t need to include a title page or abstract.

· The essay must use college level English, grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.

· Use ONLY Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or save your document as a Rich Text File (.rtf).

· The bibliography must use APA formatting, referencing, and citations. For more information and models of APA formatting, see the APA Toolkit in the Syllabus Module.
