There’s a lot happening in this film and different leaders in different situations all competing for who is in charge given the circumstances.  Moreover, they all don’t trust one another. What are your thoughts on how the concept of leader-members exchange is important?  How does this film help pull together some of the concepts of leadership we have so far discussed?

—- Like Red October, there’s a lot happening in this film: different leaders in different situations all competing for who is in charge, especially at the beginning. There is also a great deal of distrust and backstory being provided.
