The procedure of turning over client loan records to other departments as per their terms and conditions has to be improved, and they should be handed over to that department for further verification. During this process, the agent may be required to wait for confirmation from the banker before sending the documents to another department. In this method, we need to put up a process map so that the banker’s needed information is obtained before the handoff.

DMAIC stands for data-driven incremental improvement cycle, which is used to improve, progress, and stabilize business processes and initiatives. Six Sigma initiatives are propelled forward by the DMAIC improvement cycle. DMAIC, on the other hand, is not restricted to Six Sigma and may be used to a variety of improvement initiatives. It’s a persuasion technique for systematically managing change. The emphasis on measurement and analysis guarantees that open opportunities for improvement are used to their full potential.

The Pareto chart is a graph with two bars and a line graph, with the bars representing key elements in descending order and the line graph representing the whole. A Pareto chart is a type of graph that consists of two bars and a line graph, with the bars representing individual numbers in slipping requests and the line representing the total. The 80/20 rule is another name for it. The 80/20 Rule states that in the vast majority of instances, just 20% of the causes create 80% of the consequences.

The discussion followed a process in which there is knowledge of a problem and the answer in the last example, but things are a little different with DMAIC. If the problem is complicated or the dangers are high, DMAIC should be the method of choice. Its structure and discipline keep teams from missing important deadlines, improving the chances of a successful project.
