Week 2 Purpose of Evaluation Paper

Write a three- to four-page paper (excluding the title and reference, and/or appendix pages) addressing all four points listed below. The paper should be written using APA (6th ed.) formatting, include an introduction and conclusion of the topic, and reference at least two outside sources from scholarly journals in addition to the course texts as support. The four points that must be addressed are as follows:

2. Discuss the purpose of evaluation and the five principles of effective assessment

3. Differentiate between evaluation and measurement, and provide examples of integration into practice.

4. Provide examples of how evaluation promotes accountability.
