conflict including the reasons for making these conclusions

A critique of the
conflict management strategies used by the key parties

If the conflict was
resolved, how was it resolved and was this resolution successful define
successful

If the conflict was
resolved , why and how was it resolved, outcomes achieved whether it was
successful from perspective of all parties, which of the parties believes the
outcome was successful or not and what
success means to both parties /if conflict was not resolved , why not ?- all
possible reasons and explanation as to why resolution did not happen, what is
or was in the way of resolving the conflict

Identify and explain
the other conflict management approaches that could have been used why they
were not used and their potential limitations identify the negative and
positive outcomes that may have been achieved by these and under what condition
