Hope you are doing well. I need a help to write a report on a project. The object of the project isto analyze a company or an organization of your choosing. Your report should contain evidence that supports your assessment, and include references and sources of information. The requirements and weights of the projectare:
1.Introduction, includes the mission of the organization(10%)
2.Environmental Assessment – external and internal(30%)
3.Analysis – use the course material to analyze culture,structure, and whether the structure is best suited to achieve the mission (40%)
4.Recommendations – what recommendations would youoffer for the culture and structure of the organization? (20%)
Your report should not be more than 8 typed pages and should look like the formats I have attached to this email. Either format isfine and due date is on the syllabus.
Note: I prefer to write a case study about a big famous company such as: Starbucks, McDonald, Amazon, or a one that as famous as them.
