Students will work as a group, brainstorm and research your idea for a business, then design and write a business plan (proposal) containing the following information:

Executive summary

· Company description and registration (legal and website)

(e.g. company name, logo/brand name, what you do, what differentiates your business from others, the markets your business serves,…), business licenses, employer identification number (EIN), business licenses and permits

· Complete description of products/services that will be sold

(e.g. what do you sell, how does it benefit your customers, what is product life cycle,…)

· Market analysis

(e.g. research your business industry, market and competitors, target market, SWOT,…)

· Organization & Management

(e.g. company structure, organization chart, estimation of number of employees, employees’ job description,…)

· Marketing & Sales

(e.g. plan to market your business, sales strategy, marketing budget,…)

· Advertising method (Web advertisement/location,..)

· Suppliers analysis

· Funding request

(e.g. where to request the funding and what documents needed to prepare,…)

· Financial projection
