The second solution is to engage in the revision of policies related to human rights. Shelter lists among the essential commodities that humans should have the right to access. It is crucial to take activists’ positions and advocate fulfilling all human rights, including shelter, to end homelessness. The third solution is to provide health services to citizens from developing countries to reduce mental health deterioration. The health facilities should address the issue of mental complications resulting from unfitness and substance abuse. The public should take part in building, funding, and running shelters meant to house the homeless members of society.
