I have a one study case page (see the attached file to read it), following with four questions which I need to answer them. These answers should be written as a case study report on a specific guide shown later. So, could you please help to write this case study?
The questions are:
1. Analyze this situation using the Laws of The Fifth Discipline
2. Analyze this case using the Learning Disabilities of The Fifth Discipline
3. Use the appropriate Archetype to help explain what is happening.
4. Make recommendations based onyour analysis and the demonstrated archetype.

The Case Study Guide will be as:
1. Give a brief paragraph description of the organization. Include the basic tone of the case
2. Analyze the case according to the specific questions asked. Use the criteria from thecase. the lecture notes given in class. Using the elements of the criteria as a framework, give specific evidence from the case that either positively or negatively supports the elements
3. Draw conclusions of what the analysis has yielded. This may be a recapof what the total analysis has produced. What are the weak areas and what are the strengths of the organization?
4. Make specific recommendations according to the conclusions. Weak areas should be given specific attention and detail in terms of what the organizationshould do to overcome the weakness. Strengths may even require recommendations depending on how strong or how threatened these areas are.
5. Total document should be no more than 4 pages (without cover page), 1.5 line spacing, no smaller than 11 pt , Font . Include a cover sheetwith title , author , class , case study # , date , and email of the author.
6. DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN ARTICLE FORMAT DELL

Warnings:
1. Do not reiterate the case. Use the specifics in the case to support your analysis.
2. Use a logical framework for analysis from the course material presented. Do not give me your unsubstantiated opinion of what is wrong or right. Tie everythingback to specific elements (theory) presented in class.
3 Make sure recommendations follow your analysis and conclusions. In other words, if you find a weak area in the analysis you should make a direct recommendation to address these weakness.
