Hart School District during the Saugus High School Shooting overseeing the emails from the district to the schools, messaging with my students who are in lockdown at the school I work for. 2. Aggression in American schools manifests itself in attacks on teachers and students, vandalism, and property damage. Every hour, on school campuses, more than 2,000 students and about 40 teachers are physically attacked. A school crime is taking place every six seconds. How Solution Satisfies Need- It will tell the school board that there needs to be a change in how we preform safety measures and they will see examples n how we need more security. 4. How Solution can be Implemented- Write the letter, send it to the school board or bring it to the meeting and discuss what you and other people think. 5. Plan of Action- write to your school board and show them how and why they should expand safety measures, the school board is usually on the side of expanding security and safety so if you have a good case it will go through into action. 6.
