Summary:
In groups of no more than 3 students, read the accompanying case and complete the following task. Identify what the company’s recruitment, selection and training processes consist of and evaluate their strategic importance in maintaining the company’s organizational culture.
All students must contribute towards the final submission and document your contributions in group meeting minutes to be kept as the assignment is prepared. You must submit a single document via Turn-it-in with all group members’ names on the cover.

Introduction to the company
Outline recruitment, selection and training processes
Evaluation of how the recruitment, selection and training processes are related to the company’s organizational culture Annex with group meeting minutes which reflect the contributions of different group members Word limit: 1,000 words
The files with the assignment MUST incorporate the names of all the members of the team (no more than 3).
