Policing in America is under fire. The issue of racial injustice in the form of police brutality within the Black and other marginalized communities has reached a tipping point. Also, the Police Unions have come under fire for protecting “bad cops” (the blue wall of silence). If you were hired by management or the National Association of Police Organizations (NAPO) to be the “fixer,” what would your recommendations be?
For Management:What would your top 3 recommendations be in response to the issue of police brutality with regards topolicing BlackAmericans and other marginalized groups? How would you implement your recommendations?

For the Union: What would your top 3 recommendations be to address the alleged “blue wall of silence?” How would you implement your recommendations?
