As the administrator of a research-focused healthcare organization, you are part of a research team that provides statistical consultation to providers and staff conducting quantitative research in your organization. In preparation to conduct statistical analyses for several hypotheses in their study, you know the importance and impact of making the right statistical assumptions. To ensure the researchers make the right statistical assumptions while conducting statistical analysis with the data collected by your facility, you decide to provide them with some guidance.

To do so, prepare a report that clearly explains the following statistical concepts to your team:
                  *The importance of the statistical assumption
                  *Assumptions related to the characteristics of population distribution
                  *Assumptions related to measurements

At the minimum, provide at least two clear examples that illustrate the importance of these concepts.

Length: 2-3 pages, not including title and reference pages

References: Include a minimum of 3 scholarly resources

Your report should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
