The Requirements
(1)
Write a 500-700 word report based on
the interview. Focus on the most relevant and interesting information from your
reading and research. Dont try to get every piece of information from the
interview on paper. The report should stress the interesting facts, not the
mundane. NOTE: Use the provided grading rubric as a guide.

from the following questions, but do not use them all, pick the ones you like
best or make up your own. You should ask approximately 10 15 questions for
your interview report.

is your education background?

What
previous work experience do you have before starting the venture?
3.
Did
you have any role models when growing up?
4.
Did
you do entrepreneurial things as a youth?
5.
When
did you know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?
6.
What
was your primary motivation for starting a business? What were the factors that
led you to start the venture?
7.
What
were your goals at the time you started the venture?
8.
What
sort of beliefs did you have (eg. About employees, partners, banks, etc)?
9.
Did
you establish a lifestyle business, a rapid growth business, or what?, Did your
growth orientation change over time?

What
sort of resources (not just financial) did you have when you started the
venture? What sort of network did you have? Were there any special creative
things you did to come up with the needed resources?
11.
How
concerned were you with control when starting the venture? Explore the
entrepreneurs need for control (of the venture, of people, of decision making)

Did

you feel prepared to start the venture at the time you started it?

long was a typical work day and work week when you first started your venture?
